Hi there everyone! I’m back today sharing a pair of cards that features Spellbinders’ June 2022 Small and Large Die Club sets. Of course, I love to pair these together and coordinate them using similar cardstock colors. My cards today both feature the same color scheme in red, green and gold – I love how they go so well together!

First up is the Large Die “Paisley Dreams”. I die cut the pieces from white cardstock, Wild Berry, Pink Sand and Rainforest cardstock, as well as a few small touches in Mirror Gold. These adhere easily together, and I created a mirror image on both cards. The Wild Berry paisley and pink overlay is interchangeable, with several options for lots of variety.

I mounted the pieces with foam squares onto a background panel cut from Peridot cardstock, dry embossed with this month’s Embossing Folder “Botanical Diamond” (which I also featured on this card). For the sentiment, I glimmered ‘For The Newlyweds’ in Gold Glimmer foil onto a strip cut from white cardstock using the die in the set. This Glimmer sentiment is from the Celebrate You Glimmer set released earlier this year. I mounted it in the centre, and embellished in Fashion Gold dots to finish.

For my second card, I used the Small Die released “Stylized Border Trio”. I loved the wider lacy shapes so die cut them three times from Gold Mirror cardstock, layering them onto a panel of white cardstock with just a few dots of glue here and there to retain the dimension of the die cuts.

I added another glimmered sentiment from the Celebrate You Sentiments, glimmered in Gold onto white cardstock, into the centre using foam tape. I used several of the florals from the Large Die set, cut from the same colors of cardstock as before. I then slipped them in and around the sentiment and embellished with a Fashion Gold dot to pair with my first card.

Have a great day x
