Hi there! It’s time for a new Craft Your Life Project Kit revealio from Altenew!! This one is AWESOME. It’s called Dynamic Blossoms, and the entire bundle of goodies are just gorgoeus, but I gotta say, I’m in LOVE with the dies in this kit. Hopefully you were sent my way by Michelle Short – today’s post is part of a blog hop and giveaway celebrating the new release.
My card today is super simple to make, but I hope you’ll agree it’s effective – and I’m using Altenew’s fabulous glitter cardstock to add a little dazzle.
I used a panel of Lavender Fields cardstock trimmed to 4″ x 5.25″ and ink blended it with Andromeda ink at the top of the panel, fading it a little towards the centre. I die cut it with the gorgeous flower die from the project kit. I offset it at the top right, being careful to align it so that all the pieces stayed attached. I then backed the panel with pale gold cardstock with liquid glue, keeping the edges straight and trimming off so that the pieces were flush.
I die cut the the ‘Hello You’ three times from Jet Black cardstock and layered them on top of each other, then topped it with gold glitter cardstock, which I adhered on the Lavender panel. I finished with a few splatters of Jet Black ink spray and mounted the piece onto a white note card with foam tape to finish.
