Reverse Confetti New Release Blog Hop

Hi Everyone! It’s finally the day for Reverse Confetti’s new release blog hop! The release is available to purchase today in the store! For my stop on today’s hop, I’m featuring my favorite stamp set of this release, Love Is In The Air.

This stamp set is full of super cute critters. My card today features the cute little puppy holding the heart. I colored him in copics and added white gel pen highlights, then die cut him out with the coordinating die. I also added black gel glaze pen on his eyes and some Glossy Accents on his nose for shine.

I stamped the tiny little heart from the set five times in very pale brown ink and colored them in with with Copics, completely covering the ink to match the heart held by the puppy. i die cut them out and then coated each of the hearts, including the one held by the puppy. with Crystal Stickles.

For my background, I diecut the Layered XOXO Confetti Cuts times, the bottom layer from vellum, and the top layer from a dusky rose pink cardstock, then adhered them together, and stacked them with foam tape onto a white notecard to create my backdrop, upon which I sat my little puppy and popped the hearts at random.

I finished with a sub-sentiment from the Love Is In The Air set which I heat embossed in white onto a small strip of black cardstock.
