Hi everyone!! It’s the time of the month to get your craft on and Craft-A-Flower! Altenew has released a pretty little Primrose Blossom this month, and we’re sharing inspiration to inspire you to pick up those layering dies and get creative.

I started by creating my background. I created a very pale pink and peach watercolor wash, and when it was dry, die cut it with the Watercolor Stripes Cover die. I mounted it onto a white note card with foam tape.
For the flower layers, I used Spicey Yoghurt cardstock, then pale pink cardstock, then topped it with patterned paper from the Wildflower paper pack. The flower centers and the leaves are from the Coffee Break and Gilded glitter cardstock packs (the cardstock is ‘Smokey Quartz’). I also die cut the ‘Hello’ die from the same glitter cardstock color. I then adhered all the pieces together, and arranged. them onto the front of my striped background. I finished with a few Satin White sequins.

That’s a really nice one. I love the creamy goodness of the background, the flowers are amazing in the patterned paper and that smoky quartz is one of the prettiest glitters I have ever seen.
