I’m over on the WOW! Embossing Blog today with card that features all of the great product lines from WOW! on one card – Fab Foils, Embossing Powder, and Sparkles Glitter.
My card features shades of teal and blue, and features this giant scripty sentiment from the Gina K Designs Love Conquers stamp set. Did you know, you can foil any of your stamped images using WOW! Bonding Powder? I show you how over in the video here (also view over on YouTube).
Of course, there are tons and tons of co-ordinating embossing powders to mix with the foil – I love Glassy Ocean – a beautiful translucent pale blue color, which I used for the branches. I mounted the entire panel onto a DIY glitter cardstock panel using Twinklebelle Sparkles – these are SO PRETTY, and perfect to add some extra glitz to what is still a very clean and simple card!
I finished the card with a few Nuvo Crystal Drops for some subtle dimension. I hope this inspires you to mix and match your foils, embossing powders and glitters. There are no rules against mixing them in one project!
