Hi Everyone
Time for a new Digi release over at PowerPoppy – and this month it’s a beaut! Luminous Bouquet is gorgeous, composed of Japanese-type Peony, Hydrangea, Clematis, Oxalis (clover), and Vinca (periwinkle).
It was just begging to be watercolored. I broke out my Daniel Smith watercolors, printed it in pale grey on Arches Rough for a no line watercolor look and had fun!
After I finished I wanted to add a bit more definition so I used my Faber Castell pencils in complementary colours to add some contrast. I then trimmed it out using my trimmer and fussy cut around some of the edges for interest. 
I backed it onto a Neenah Solar White 110lb cardbase covered in some cool cracked pale blue patterened paper. To finish, I heat embossed a sentiment, also by Power Poppy (Soothing Sympathy), in gold.
