Hi everyone,

I recently got a couple of awesome Pinkfresh Studio stamp sets and wanted to create a cute little card for my daughter Ruby.  For this card I used the wonderful Little Love set.   To create the panel, I first blended two colours of Simon Says Stamp ink in Rosie Cheeks and Rose Apple to create a subtle ombre look.  I used Bristol Smooth for the card panel as it is much easier to ink blend onto.

I then put the panel into my mini MISTI and stamped the image.  I used my Tombow Dual Brush Markers to create a multi coloured image, by colouring the outline directly onto the stamp, stamping, cleaning the stamp and then adding the next colour.  These markers are watersoluable so you can watercolor with them.    After each stamping, I blended out with a waterbrush very gently, and where needed, restamped and blended again until i got the look I wanted. I added glittery accents with a Sakura Stardust Clear Glitter gel pen.  I find it very very sparkly and great for lines or dots.  For the eyes and nose I added a tiny bit of black Sakura gel pen.  I created the clouds in the same way and then fussy cut them out.

For the stars, I stamped the stars from the set repeatedly with Versamark.  I then brushed Perfect Pearls over the top and misted very gently with a mini mister filled with water to set.  It gives a really pretty subtle shimmer.  I then adhered the clouds with foam squares.

For the sentiment I blended the inks again on some scrap cardstock and then used my powder tool to ensure it was fully dry.  I then used Versamark to stamp the sentiment and heat embossed it in Hero Arts White embossing powder.  I adhered it with foam squares.

To finish, I scattered some Pretty Pink Posh Sparkling Clear sequins including a tiny one for the bunny’s tail 🙂  I then adhered the panel onto a 4 bar notecard using fun foam, leaving a small strip on the left side for interest.

Such a cute stamp set and great for the Tombow technique.  Hope you enjoyed!

Jenny
