Hello everyone!
It’s Day 3 of the Power Poppy Quiet Christmas release – this set is called Garden of Gratitude. I just love the rustic orange tree trellis with the presents underneath, so different. The set as always has some wonderful sentiments in beautiful fonts some of which would work year round.
I decided to create a slimline card with the image. I’m printing mine out from digital but the set is available in clear physical stamps too! The release is also available in two giant bundles for a lower price! This set is in Bundle 1.
I colored my image with Zig Clean Color Real Brush Markers after printing it out on Bristol Smooth cardstock and pulled out the color a little with a waterbrush. This stamp is super easy to color, and the shading is all there for you! I added a few touches of white gel pen for highlights here and there.
I did add some shading at the base to ground the images, and then die cut out the image with a slimline frame die (mine is from Pinkfresh Studio) then mounted it onto a notecard. The card is approx 8.25″ x 3.75″. I also printed out the sentiment from the set, trimmed it out and popped it onto gold metallic cardstock for a little interest before mounting on foam tape.
As a final. finishing touch, I couldn’t resist adding some clear Nuvo Drops over each of the oranges to give them a round dimension and extra shine! Don’t they look sweet!?
