Hello there crafty friends! Are you ready for a new release from Reverse Confetti? I know I am! And today is exciting – Reverse Confetti has introduced hot foil plates which as you know I can’t resist!!
My first card today features several of the new goodies, including the gorgeous new Deco Cover Panel. I die cut it from white cardstock then added a touch of ink blending starting at the bottom, using pale coral ink, pink ink, and purple inks. I added a few splatters of water and rose gold here and there, then adhered it to a white notecard.
For the floral I used the new Flower Building Confetti Cuts. I die cut it twice from white cardstock, then blended on different ink colors in hot pink on the base petals, coral, yellows and colored the stamens in black. I added two shades of green for the laves. I built up the flower on the background with foam tape and glue to create dimension.
The Thank You sentiment is one of the new hot foil plates which I foiled in Matte Gold glimmer foil by Spellbinders, and cut with the co-ordinating die, popping over the top with foam tape.
I added a coating of Nuvo Crystal Glaze to the flower centre, and a few clear Nuvo Drops here and there to look like glue dots.
I used a second hot foil set to create this fun birthday card. I hot foiled the Elements plate twice using Mini Rainbow Glimmer hot foil (by Spellbinders) and die cut them with the coordinating dies. I then arranged them in a border pattern on a panel of white cardstock adhering with foam squares.
I kept it simple, finishing it with a Matte Gold hot foiled Birthday Wishes plate, cut with the coordinating die, and mounted it over one of the rainbow pieces. Super simple and fun for a kids birthday!
Enjoy the new release and be sure to head on over to check out the other designers’ inspiration.
