Hi Folks!
Have you seen that Alex Syberia Design has a new digi release today? You definitely need to go check it out over in her Etsy store. I’m a huge fan of Alex’s style and while this week was SOOOO busy with work (working from home all the time, seems like I live at work now!), I managed to grab a couple of hours in the evenings to paint up this beauty – Spring Frame.
I printed it out onto Arches coldpress cardstock with my black and white Brother printer. The image is already perfectly for an A2 sized card so I didn’t change it at all. I then colored it with pinks, yellows, oranges, reds, purples, teals and greens from my Altenew Artist Pan Watercolor set.
I added a lot of splatters with some of the paints and a little bit of white acrylic paint mixed with water. I then trimmed out the panel and popped it onto a note card.
The sentiment in the centre is from Spellbinders, die cut from gold mirror cardstock and adhered directly to the card with liquid glue. As a finishing touch, I added a few highlights with gold gel pen in the flower centres.
Be sure to check out the rest of the release, it’s gorgeous!
Jenny
Supplies
All of the supplies I used are listed below. I was given the products as part of my design work for Spellbinders and Altenew. Alex also provided me the digis in case I wanted to create with them (which of course I always do!). If you purchase through my affiliate links (here or on YouTube) I receive a small amount of compensation which helps me run my blog and channel to bring you more crafty creations! Thank you for your support.
