Hi Everyone
Just zipping by for a reminder that there is still time to play along with us at Time Out Challenges. We are CASEing the wonderful Cornelia this week. The challenge is sponsored by Happy Little Stampers who will give $15 to the winner to spend in their store. We are also joined this week by the wonderful Guest Designer Pooja. She has some absolutely beautiful inspiration on her blog, very unique and cool, be sure to check it out.
For my card this week, I drew inspriation from the overall design layout of Cornelia’s card, as well as the main colours. I wanted to keep my card very clean and simple. To create the background, I used a card base of Neenah Solar White 110lb card stock. I used a Simon Says Stamp Circular Lace stencil and gently sponged Distress Oxide in Cracked Pistachio over it to get the shape you see below.
On separate Neenah card I stamped the Smile sentiment from Altenew’s Halftone Smile, using Simon Apricot ink. I then die cut it out with the co-ordinating die and adhered using foam tape. The ‘just’ was from the same stampset which I heat embossed in white Hero Arts embossing powder on a scrap of black cardstock and adhered with foam tape.
To finish the card I scattered Pretty Pink Posh sequins in Pumpkin and Fresh Mint adhered with Ranger Multi Medium Matte.
That’s it! A really simple card, using the layout and colour combo from the card below. Please be sure to hop on over to the Time Out blog and check out the challenge!

What airy dreamy look ! Beautiful CASE of Cornelia’s card !
I do love that soft background and the colours you have used work really well, the popped up sentiment wins it for me. Hope all are well Hon x
Soft and delicate and lovely, Jenny … and it did …have me smiling that is! Hugs, Anita 🙂
I love how you sponged the Cracked Pistachio through that stencil – it creates such a lovely vintage feel – a perfect backdrop for that great die cut!
The cracked pistachio and the apricot are deliciious together!!! Love the elegant lace juxtaposed with the funky font of the sentiment. Fantastic CASE Jenny. I love it!
Awesome CASE! Love that soft background and the big, bold sentiment!
