I then gradually built up the layers and allowed some water splotches to bleed out for more texture. After 3 or 4 layers I then splattered some white spray mist over the top. – The embossing powder resists the paint but if there is any paint stuck on after drying, you can wipe it away gently with a baby wipe.
I used a large HELLO die cut from MFT Stamps and cut the entire piece, as well as a piece of fun foam. I then backed it onto a white 100lb NEenah Solar White card base with double sided tape. I then placed the fun foam letters in first, and then using liquid glue, adhered the letters cut from the background on top. As a finishing touch, I used my new (but old) Dymo label maker to create the ‘You’. Retro 😀 I also scattered some Pretty Pink Posh dew drops over the images.
I will see you again very soon for another challenge!!

What a soft and pretty design Jenny. I love the raised die cut word and the white embossing really pops.
