Good afternoon everyone!
Posting this from surprisingly sunny London, England today. It’s my first card challenge for the CAS-ual Fridays challenge.
This is actually my first Congratulations card too! I had some border stamps recently purchased from Hobby Lobby on sale so I thought I’d try them out.
I stamped the alphabet border all the way down the card in Memento ink and then for each letter in Congratulations I punched a tiny heart, coloured it with the corresponding Memento ink and then stamped the relevant letter. These were then glued and glossy accented. The white card was foam adhesive mounted on a white card backer. Super quick!
I used all my different Memento inks on this one almost! That’s it from me for today as I’m working in the UK and don’t have any chance for crafting this week. Boo!
Have a fun week,
Jenny
Oh, I love the card – colorful and great idea to have "congratulations" arranged on the card!
Thanks! I think I'd have tried to have the flow less random next time. But I think the idea can be used for almost anything. And any border stamp!
This is so neat! What a fun design! Thanks so much for playing along with us over at the CAS-ual Fridays Challenge blog!
So super-creative! Thanks for joining the fun at CAS-ual Fridays!
